Directory listings (business facts)
Directory profiles contain business facts about companies — company name, business address, business phone, website, association membership, and counts of publicly listed machines — compiled from public sources. These are business records, not personal data about private individuals. If you are associated with a listed business and want its facts corrected or removed, use the free correction page.
Information you give us
When you claim a listing, request a correction, or contact us, we collect the email address and any details you submit. We use them only to process your request, verify your association with the business, and communicate with you about your listing.
Email & outreach
If we email a business about claiming its listing, every message identifies us honestly, states why you received it, and includes a working one-click unsubscribe. We honor unsubscribes immediately and keep a permanent suppression list. We do not sell or rent your email address.
Payments
Paid listings are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. We do not store your card details; the provider processes them under its own privacy and security terms.
Analytics & cookies
We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand site usage. The Directory does not require login to browse and sets no advertising cookies.
Your choices

- Request correction or removal of a business listing, free, any time.
- Request access to or deletion of information you submitted to us by emailing the address below.
